What is going on with Brodie? We are in the process of taking Brodie off of his Baclofen (muscle relaxer). He just got his last dose taken away on Saturday. He did not sleep for 2 nights. Monday night he only woke once and got a dose of Tylenol to help relieve some of his pain and last night did not wake up at all. He went to sleep around 9 and slept until 7. I was so relieved and excited for him. Last night as we were trying to massage and stretch him we noticed that he has developed some contractures in both of his big toes. The contractures are not fixed(permanent). So YES God has provided GREAT timing as he ALWAYS does!
He is continuing to go to school 2 days a week receiving PT once a week at school! He also goes to OT once a week and PT once a week away from school. We are trying to keep him on his schedule until we leave for St. Louis.
Did you notice only 26 more days until surgery day!
