THIS PAST WEEK

This past week has been pretty good. We have been so busy (as usual)! I went to school on Monday and Wednesday. I also went to therapy on Tuesday. Thursday we took MeMe to town and had a great time getting to visit. Friday I went to see Dr. Tibbs. She said that I was doing really well and she liked what she was seeing for me to keep up the good work. I went to Hattiesburg Friday afternoon with Nana and Mom for a couple of hours and then just chilled out with DaDa (my new BEST friend)!

I got all the paperwork and material in from St. Louis. We are really getting excited. I now have to start a preoperative exercise program at home. My mom is already taking me off my medicines so please be in prayer for me because not sure how I am going to handle all of this. Anyway well I guess that is all the news we have for now. Until then............

STILL WAITING.........

We still have not heard anything from St. Louis. The great thing about that is St.Louis has been iced over for the last few days also with no lights. Of course the hospital would have lights but not sure if people can get to work. Soooooo~ Anyway of course we are going to hear ONE DAY!!!! (Ecclesiastes 3:1~To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven:) That is an awesome verse! Keep Praying and we will hear soon!

I am going to try to get some pics up real soon I promise. I have not even taken 1 picture all week! I know that is awful.

Long Time No See

Yes! It has been a while. Mom is doing great. I have been to all my therapies this week and did great. We mailed all the material last Friday to St. Louis and they received it on Monday Morning at 10:00. We have still not had a phone call but we are patiently waiting.

Not sure if any of you watched the Discovery Channel on Thursday Night but there were a set of twins boys that had surgery to help them walk. They did 8 different surgeries in one procedure and basically took his bottom half apart and fit it back together. It was not the same thing that Brodie will be having done but it was definitely an uphill battle for this family.

Anyway just thought I would let you know. I know several of you watched it and have asked if that was what the surgery was going to be so I thought I would let you know.

Talk to you soon!! Have a great Weekend!!!

MoM's Surgery

Mom had a successful surgery and they had fixed everything. She felt pretty good yesterday after the surgery but has pretty much felt like a train ran over her today. She is getting better but still not able to hold me and I am not liking that to much. Anyway just wanted to let everyone know that MoM is home and doing great!
