Thanks so much for all of the prayers and concerns from everyone.

I would like to thank Soso First Baptist Ladies for such a great basket of goodies for our trip, Taylorsville United Methodist for my anointing prayer, Uncle Zach and Sissy for my George, TJ and Mrs. Robin for my bag of goodies. Tonight at my church, Faith Community Church, they had a special deal for me. There were sandwiches, cookies, chips and dip, and a HUGE cake! Psalm 91 was read over me and also a laying of hands prayer. It was awesome!

I know we are on so many prayer list that I can't even begin to imagine. It feels just like it did when we were in the NICU! (KINDA) What I mean is everyday someone tells me that they have been praying for Brodie! Thank you so much for your continued support and prayers for our family. Only 6 days! Thanks again!!!

GOT A NEW HAIRCUT

I got a haircut today. I needed one so bad. My mom forgot to take

the camera but we took pictures after we got home.

I really am looking like a big boy.

I haven't eaten this much since I have been sick!

KATE'S 3RD BIRTHDAY!!!

Happy Birthday Kate! We went over to Kate's house to celebrate her turning 3 years old! She is getting so big and guess what getting even more beautiful by the day. She got a cheerleader suit, pom-poms, a princess stools, a raincoat and rain boats, and tons other. I think Kate had a great birthday party!I know I sure had fun!

Nana was helping me ride my motorcycle. It has not had to be charged since Christmas but it almost went dead yesterday but I sure had fun while it lasted!!!

UP AND BETTER

Papa met me and mom over at Dr. Tibbs' office because had not had any sleep and she had a headache so he came to help out my mom and of course ME! My fever was 101.2 when we got to the doctor's office. My throat was a little red but not much, ears were fine, chest fine, lymph nodes huge! She sent us to the lab to get a white count and it was pretty much normal. She said I was probably fighting a viral infection and the bacteria had already set in so they gave me a rocephin shot and some omnicef for the next 7 days. St. Louis said that it was ok to take antibiotics and that everything was still on but just be sure to only give Tylenol for fever. I guess the shot is helping because now I am crawling around having a good time. Of course every now and then I need to stop and rest but for the most part seem to be better but I am still not eating.

NOT FEELING SO WELL!!!

Monday afternoon I just did not feel very good and would not eat anything. Monday night I struck a fever. Tuesday Morning I felt better and went on to see Mrs. TJ (PT) and Tuesday afternoon my fever came back. I just wanted to lay around. I just did not feel good at all. I had no other symptons except fever and not eating. I did pull at my ear a couple of times. I just laid on the floor and watched my movie! Tuesday night around 2 I developed an awful cough with rattling in my chest. Wednesday morning the cough was not as bad or the rattling but I went on to see Dr. Tibbs.

YEAH!YEAH!YEAH!

Did you look to see how many days are left until my surgery? We are actually going to leave on March 2, after dad gets off work. We are going to drive as far as we can until we are tired. Then on the 3rd we will be in St.Louis!!! Monday the 5th is my evaluation with the staff at St.Louis. We will meet the doctors and everyone that will be associated with my care. Exciting! I know! My surgery will be done on the 6th. (Not sure if am or pm at this point)! I will be in ICU following the surgery through the first night and sent to a room on the 7th. At this point I will have to lay in the bed for 2 days! (YES I SAID LAY IN THE BED FOR 2 DAYS)So all I can ask is that you get to praying about this part! The 3rd day I will start physical therapy and I will be discharged on Sunday the 11th!

SCHOOL PARTY

Today we had a fun day at school. Audrey's mom made cupcakes and we all got goodies. We made lots of Valentine's and so on.....

POP-POP

I have learned that if the pantry is open I can do whatever I want. We have a large tin of assorted popcorn in our pantry. If I get hungry and that door is open I just go in pop the top and go to town!!!! Boy I am really beginning to be so independent!

MY NEW GEORGE

Sissy and Uncle Zach bought me a new George. It is almost as big as me. They bought it for me to take to St.Louis so I will have a snuggle partner!!! I give him BIG HUGS!!!!

I was watching my movie and playing in my room and MoM could hear a smacking noise. She walked in and caught me. I had found some suckers in a Birthday Goodie Bag. I pulled that paper off and went to town!!!

I went to Bailey's to play today! The weather was great! We played outside. We played on the swing set, ate popcorn, and played basketball.

School is Hard Work

I love to go to school but it is hard work so by the time I leave I am so tired. I get me a cup of pediasure and lay back!!

Update

What is going on with Brodie? We are in the process of taking Brodie off of his Baclofen (muscle relaxer). He just got his last dose taken away on Saturday. He did not sleep for 2 nights. Monday night he only woke once and got a dose of Tylenol to help relieve some of his pain and last night did not wake up at all. He went to sleep around 9 and slept until 7. I was so relieved and excited for him. Last night as we were trying to massage and stretch him we noticed that he has developed some contractures in both of his big toes. The contractures are not fixed(permanent). So YES God has provided GREAT timing as he ALWAYS does!

He is continuing to go to school 2 days a week receiving PT once a week at school! He also goes to OT once a week and PT once a week away from school. We are trying to keep him on his schedule until we leave for St. Louis.

Did you notice only 26 more days until surgery day!

Lunch with Mamaw

Last Friday I had lunch with Daddy, MeMe, Mamaw Crocker (3 generations)! Oh and of course MoM was there. Anyway it is always good to see Mamaw Crocker.

WoW

WoW! How time flies! I thought Santa just came and now Cupid is around the corner. I know that you have all been missing me since my MoM has not been on the computer. She has been preoccupied. Not sure with what but something! Anyway so we are back with some cute pics! Hope all of you are doing well.

I stayed at MeMe's house a couple of nights last week. I played the piano, climbed up and down the stairs, and rode up and down the elevator. Oh and don't forget stole her shoes everytime she would put on a new pair.
